Beers in The Lot is a hockey podcast looking to recreate beer league hockey post game conversations. It was started by four beer league hockey players and friends, used to sharing a few beers, hockey opinions, stories, and laughs, in the rink parking lot after their games. Episode 71 of Beers in The Lot finds the guys lamenting about NHL players not going to the Winter Olympics in Beijing and the NHL shutting down temporarily, due to COVID-19 concerns; discussing their excitement for the upcoming World Junior Championship and USA's prospects in the tournament; and talking about some of the recent desperation saves NHL goalies have pulled off recently and whether or not those might have been mistakes by the shooters.
